Role Overview
As a Creative Project Manager, you will serve as the key point of contact for creative projects within the organization, ensuring seamless execution from inception through delivery. You will coordinate between clients, creative teams, and external vendors to meet project deadlines, stay within budget, and uphold quality standards. Your role is vital in fostering collaboration, managing resources, and maintaining a positive client experience, all while working within a dynamic environment that values creativity and efficiency.
Day in the Life
- Oversee the development of design projects, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
- Provide clear project requirements and communicate tasks effectively.
- Estimate work scope, develop schedules, and direct resources to meet deadlines.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the creative team to align expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop cross-functional relationships to support a collaborative work environment.
- Engage with partners to produce targeted and relevant content.
- Communicate ideas professionally, address issues proactively, and resolve conflicts.
- Promote a culture of creative excellence and accountability.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and internal proofing processes.
- Drive alignment of processes and quality standards across teams.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, advertising, or internal creative departments.
- Strong ability to prioritize and lead in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proven client relations and customer service abilities.
- Demonstrated initiative, teamwork, and adaptability.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: communication, listening, collaboration, negotiation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams.
