The Dupps Company is a global leader in industrial rendering and processing solutions. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex industrial projects, mentor engineering teams, and ensure exceptional customer outcomes from concept through completion.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects on time and on budget
- Provide technical, engineering, and project leadership across cross-functional teams
- Manage client relationships and ensure clear communication of scope, expectations, and progress
- Mentor and develop engineers and project managers; support performance and growth
- Support business development through proposal review, project scoping, and customer meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of engineering and project management experience (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
- Strong knowledge of project delivery, design, construction processes, and contract management
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and work with senior leaders and clients
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%

Pay: $140,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
