Top Workforce Solutions is seeking an onsite Vice President of Information Technology in Middlesex County, MA. This executive will lead the organization’s technology strategy, overseeing IT operations, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and data management. The VP partners with leadership to ensure technology initiatives align with business goals, drive operational efficiency, and deliver measurable value, while leading a high-performing IT team.
Salary: $250,000-$350,000 with excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership for the Information Systems function, building, mentoring, and retaining a strong team of IT professionals and managers.
- Define and implement the enterprise technology strategy, including ERP, CRM, and workflow systems, to enhance operations and business processes.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, ensuring the organization leverages tools that improve efficiency, productivity, and security.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor partnerships, acquisitions, and system integrations, ensuring cost-effective and scalable solutions.
- Oversee cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and disaster recovery planning to ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of enterprise systems and data.
- Direct enterprise-wide projects, monitoring performance, resource allocation, and successful delivery.
- Promote collaboration across business units to align technology initiatives with organizational priorities and operational needs.
- Continuously assess and enhance technology policies, procedures, and capabilities to stay ahead of industry trends and business requirements.
Qualifications
- Executive-level experience leading IT or Information Systems in a complex, multi-site organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise systems, integrations, ERP/CRM workflows, and large-scale IT projects.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in cybersecurity, VMware, cloud technologies, MPLS networks, Wi-Fi infrastructure, and business application development.
- Proven leadership, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Operations Research, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive technical experience, with significant executive leadership responsibility.
