Job Responsibilities
- Install attic insulation in residential homes
- Complete prep work before insulation is blown
- Learn to operate and maintain insulation equipment (hopper)
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Maintain quality, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Follow scheduled workdays (Monday–Saturday)

Requirements
- Willing to travel and live out of state beginning in May until the end of summer
- Comfortable working in hot conditions and tight spaces
- Flexible with scheduling changes
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
- Pass a Criminal Background check
- Pass a Drug test

Experience
Construction or field experience preferred but NOT required
We provide full training — bring the attitude, we’ll teach the skills
