Emergency Response Coordinator

$80K base salary + commission
Be the first on the scene after fires, floods, and property disasters.
We’re looking for motivated, quick-moving individuals who can respond to emergency situations, connect with homeowners, and help them get immediate restoration assistance.
If you’re comfortable talking with people and want uncapped earning potential, this role offers a unique opportunity to earn strong commissions while helping homeowners during stressful situations.
Compensation
- $5,000 – $15,000+ per closed job
- Paid per signed claim
- Weekly payouts available
- No cap on earnings
- $80K base salary + commission
What You’ll Do
- Monitor fire, flood, and emergency alerts
- Respond quickly to property damage scenes
- Speak with homeowners and offer assistance
- Connect them with restoration and insurance professionals
- Collect signed work authorizations

What You Need
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners during stressful situations
- Quick response and ability to work independently
- Sales, roofing, construction, or public adjusting experience is helpful

You do NOT need to be a contractor.
This role focuses on being the first point of contact and connecting homeowners with the right team.
