- Exception Handling: Act as the primary escalation point for shipping delays, transaction errors, or receiving discrepancies, collaborating with 3PL partners and internal warehouses to resolve issues.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report key logistics metrics, including On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) rates and order processing speed.
3. Systems Optimization & Process Improvement
- Tool Enhancement: Serve as a “Super User” for inventory management and ERP systems. Identify inefficiencies or feature gaps and collaborate with Tech/Product teams to define system enhancements.
- Testing & Rollout: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new logistics tools or features prior to organization-wide deployment.
- SOP Creation: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent inventory handling, both physically and digitally.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5+ years in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Retail Logistics Operations.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP/IMS systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Shopify, or proprietary tools).
