We're looking for a technical leader to own and scale our LLM infrastructure, Intelligence pipelines, and AI systems. As VP of Engineering, you'll build and lead the engineering team while driving the technical architecture that powers Melzi's AI assistants. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll architect systems, write code, and mentor engineers.

Qualifications
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Deep expertise in LLM systems, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and inference optimization
• Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (GCP), and scalable architectures
• Experience with Python, Node.js, and modern AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
• Track record of building and shipping production AI/ML systems
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and leading engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
