Responsibilities
- Manage the Zone transformation portfolio, overseeing the health, progress, and value realization of 50+ projects across divisions, métiers, and functions
- Conduct bi monthly portfolio reviews to track milestones, risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs, ensuring accurate and consistent updates
- Identify and evaluate risks and trends across the portfolio, escalating systemic issues and recommending actions to leadership
- Lead and develop the project manager community, promoting shared standards, collaboration, and capability growth
- Collaborate with business, tech, finance, and global teams to ensure alignment, visibility, and effective information flow
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in transformation, PMO, operations, or project management leadership, preferably in a cross functional or enterprise environment
- Proven experience managing large, complex portfolios with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong expertise in project governance, risk management, data accuracy, and PM tools
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
