They are currently looking to make their next strategic hire and bring in an experienced mechanical professional for a key department leadership position. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; California PE license required
- 13+ years of U.S. experience (California experience preferred)
- Strong client management and project leadership background
Skills & Expertise
- Experience with multi-discipline design teams and stakeholder coordination
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and/or Revit
- Active involvement in the A/E community is a plus
Technical Knowledge
- Solid understanding of California Mechanical, Plumbing, and Energy Codes, plus ASHRAE standards
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare, higher education, or campus infrastructure projects
- Central plants, district energy, or complex mechanical systems (labs, cleanrooms)
- Energy efficiency, electrification, or decarbonization initiatives
