About the Organization
Home/Life Services (HLS) is one of New York City’s largest providers of services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Spread across more than seventeen sites with 24/7 programs, the organization relies on secure, resilient, and scalable technology to support frontline staff, maintain program operations, and ensure compliance with city, state and federal regulations.
