Hayward is a global leader in pool equipment and automation for the growing Outdoor Living market. We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead all aspects of plant quality and ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the Voice of Quality and customer advocate
- Lead and develop QA/QC teams supporting Operations and Engineering
- Own the Quality Management System (QMS), audits, compliance, and corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, SPC, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis
- Support new product development, engineering changes, and first article inspections
- Manage warranty, RGA, supplier quality, and performance metrics
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve quality and customer issues
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Science, Math, or related field)
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Manufacturing Quality, Operations, or Engineering
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory standards
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
