Senior Process Engineer – Semiconductor Technology
I am seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join a dynamic applications team focused on the development of cutting-edge chip/wafer bonding and nano-imprint lithography technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in process development, defect characterization, metrology support, and direct customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of semiconductor processes and their impact on productivity and wafer manufacturing.
- Process development and optimization for imprint lithography and related technologies.
- Operate semiconductor tools, collect and analyze metrology data, generate data summaries and provide detailed experimental plans.
- Collaborate with other engineers and scientists in a cross-functional environment to evaluate and develop new materials, hardware, and software features.
Qualifications:
- 3 years hands on experience in semiconductor processing or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through a combination of education, training, and experience.
- Strong research and development experience in new areas is a plus (patents or patent applications for example)
- Python, Klarity, tool command language VBA, JMP, Matlab is a plus
- Hands-on experience with prototype lab equipment, troubleshooting, and optimizing.
