Job description
Employees must be willing to work our regular hours of Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:30pm. As we are an emergency service provider for natural disasters, employees must be willing to work past normal business hours on an as needed basis. This includes being on call, as well as working overtime, weekends, evenings and overnight shifts when required.

Employees are given use of company vehicles to travel to and from jobs as well as between our Canton and Watertown locations. Employees must be willing to travel to and from our Canton and Watertown locations for work on an as needed basis as we service St. Lawrence, Jefferson, and the surrounding counties.
Primary role:
Employees are responsible for performing services as assigned while following company production and safety guidelines. KMH offers several services such as demolition work, post construction clean-up, fire/soot clean ups, water mitigation, pack-outs, carpet & upholstery cleaning, general house cleaning for residential and commercial properties, duct cleaning, and much more.
Employees are responsible for communicating with other crew members and management to make sure all needs are met for current jobs, and supporting crew members and management as needed to ensure jobs are completed in an efficient and timely manner. Employees are also responsible for cleaning and maintaining company work vehicles, equipment, warehouse(s), job materials, job locations, and office(s) daily.
- We are an emergency service provider- employees must be willing to be on call and to work late/weekends as needed when the job requires it.
- Employee must to be willing to be trained.
- All employees will go through background screening
- Must have a clean driver’s license.
- Pay is based on experience
- Mold remediation experience/licensing is welcome!
- Water mitigation experience/licensing is welcome!
- OSHA 10 certification is welcome!
- Must be willing to wear company uniform
