Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Toledo, Ohio. As an Operations Specialist, you will oversee and enhance day-to-day operational processes. Responsibilities include on-site hardware repair, coordinating project deliverables, supporting customers, and conducting tasks in A.I. data pipeline. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Ability to be on-site for hardware installation, configuration, and repair
- Ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets for data analysis (create graphs, charts, and tables on Excel)
- Exceptional communication skills for collaboration and relationship-building
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in the technology, hospitals, or supply chain industry is a plus
