Looking for a motivated person that is eager to learn the trade of construction. Starting pay will be based on your experience but will be promoted with pay raises at a fast rate as you learn. Starting rate will be $16.50 for the first month until your first months evaluation. Hourly rate for this job position goes from $16.50 to $25.00. All types of residential construction so you won't be doing the same thing every day. Wages can go higher with skill level.
