Job Title: EMT / Medical Technician

Job Summary:
The selected EMT / Medical Technician will play a critical role in supporting occupational health and safety efforts at the shipyard. This position involves managing injuries and illnesses, promoting a safe working environment, assisting with return-to-duty evaluations, and ensuring compliance with Federal OSHA regulations and other applicable safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide medical care for on-site injuries and illnesses in accordance with OSHA guidelines
Support safety initiatives and promote a culture of health awareness
Assist with return-to-duty and fitness-for-duty assessments
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
Ensure compliance with all regulatory health and safety requirements
Required Qualifications:
Occupational health experience in heavy industrial or shipyard environments
Strong communication and technical documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
