We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Shipping & Operations Coordinator to support daily shipping and transportation operations for our growing travel and home goods company. This role reports directly to the Logistics Manager and is responsible for coordinating domestic shipments, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring retailer routing compliance.
Our products ship to major off-price retailers including ROSS, TJX, and Burlington, as well as regional chains and independent retailers. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and can manage multiple shipments while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily domestic shipments from warehouse to retail customersÂ
* Prepare and review shipping documentation including BOLs, packing lists, and routing requestsÂ
* Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides and vendor shipping requirementsÂ
* Schedule shipments with freight carriers, LTL providers, and warehousesÂ
* Track shipments and resolve routing or delivery issuesÂ
* Maintain accurate shipping records and data entryÂ
* Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveryÂ
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics coordination, or transportation operationsÂ
* Experience working with domestic freight shipments (LTL/FTL)Â
* Familiarity with retailer routing guides and vendor compliance preferredÂ
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Â
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detailÂ
* Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
