Our CPG client is seeking a Project Coordinator to help with a large packaging remediation project for the next 10+ months. This role is 40 hours per week, requiring onsite 3 days per week at their office near Chelsea Pier.
The Project Coordinator will support the larger project management team by cataloging and tracking project requests as well as organizing files to ensure they are going through the correct project workflow for on-time completion. The ideal candidate has a keen attention to detail and documentation skills to ensure up to date project information at all stages.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
-Maintain and update project documentation including schedules and process documentation
-Support project plan and timeline development as needed
-Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for key stakeholders
-Partner closely with regulatory, legal, and design teams, as well as outside vendors to ensure all are aligned and have the necessary information
-Shift between use of multiple project management tools such as Aprimo, Asana, and Smartsheets
Project Coordinator Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3+ years in project coordination or management
-Experience working on packaging projects a plus
-Experience with project management tools, Asana, Basecamp and/or Smartsheets preferred
-Familiarity with Aprimo or similar DAM platforms
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
