Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Accountant based in the Greater Laredo Area. The Operations Accountant will oversee financial reporting, prepare and review financial statements, and conduct detailed financial analysis to support operational decision-making. Daily tasks include managing journal entries, ensuring accurate financial records, and assisting in financial planning and forecasting. The role will work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure compliance and align financial activities with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in financial analysis
- Proficiency in Journal Entries and Accounting principles
- Working knowledge of Finance and financial management practices
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or similar professional certification is a plus
