Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in the Greater Laredo Area. The Operations Manager will oversee daily logistics operations, coordinate cross-border shipments, and ensure compliance with customs regulations. Responsibilities include optimizing supply chain processes, managing warehouse operations, leading a team, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to support efficient and effective logistics solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse operations
- Experience in cross-border transportation and understanding of customs compliance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
