What you will do
- Run day-to-day project operations and keep work on budget and on schedule.
- Lead subcontractors, field teams, and coordination across all project phases.
- Oversee contracts, cost control, forecasting, RFIs, submittals, and reporting.
- Drive safety, quality, and communication with owners and stakeholders.
What you bring
- Engineering or Construction Management degree.
- 5+ years in heavy civil with experience leading field operations.
- Strong planning, communication, and team leadership skills.
