Our industry leading client is seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead and execute the brands creative vision. In this role you will directly contribute to a growing studio environment and continue to bring this industry leading brand to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects from intake through final delivery, ensuring clarity across scope, timelines, and approvals
• Translate briefs into structured project plans with defined milestones, responsibilities, and success criteria
• Build and manage timelines based on team capacity and shifting priorities
• Monitor workload distribution and proactively address resource gaps
• Align stakeholders on expectations, deadlines, and key decisions
• Facilitate status meetings that reinforce accountability and momentum
• Ensure teams receive complete assets, context, and direction at kickoff
• Consolidate feedback into actionable revisions that protect brand integrity
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience managing creative production workflows within agency or in-house environments
• Strong understanding of multi-channel campaigns across digital, retail, advertising, marketing, social, and print
• Confidence interpreting briefs, defining scope, and identifying gaps early
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and deadlines
• Clear and concise communication skills with strong stakeholder management ability
• Structured, process-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar
• Interest in leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline creative operations and reporting
