GMS is looking to hire a Project Manager to our growing team in Southern New Mexico! The Project Manager oversees operational, safety, and production aspects to ensure targets are achieved safely and on schedule. The successful candidate will have 10 years minimum experience with underground mining and project management. The successful candidate must have prior experience in long-hole drilling, blasting, and development. This position will include timekeeping, creating reports, and meeting with MSHA representatives.
This position is a 5 on, 2 off, 4 on, 3 off schedule, with 10-hour shifts. Per diem may be offered to those who are eligible. The successful candidate is required to have or obtain an underground MSHA prior to starting with GMS.
