IT Infrastructure Manager- Skilled Nursing Industry
As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be the driving force behind Touchstone’s technology backbone, leading our infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity posture as we continue our digital transformation. Partnering closely with the CIO and key business leaders, you’ll shape a modern, resilient IT environment that empowers our communities and supports our mission.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on IT engineering experience, including infrastructure design, implementation, and management
- Strong working knowledge of networks, servers, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- Clear, confident communication skills at all organizational levels
- Highly Preferred: Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, or similar
- Strong leadership- will have two direct reports

Key Responsibilities (You should have vast knowledge in these areas)
- Infrastructure Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement IT infrastructure and network solutions aligned with business goals
- Define project scope, requirements, and milestones while driving timely execution
- Continuously streamline and optimize IT processes
- Incident Response & Prevention
- Lead resolution of infrastructure-related incidents in partnership with IT support teams
- Identify trends and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring issues
- IT Service & Vendor Management
- Source and recommend IT service providers and solutions
- Manage procurement, installations, and vendor relationships
- Approve and reconcile IT service invoices
- Cybersecurity Oversight
- Recommend security tools, enhancements, and strategic improvements
- Support the company’s security posture to align with industry standards
- Ensure approved security controls are implemented and maintained
- Documentation & Asset Management
- Assist with budget preparation for CSO and community IT needs
- Maintain accurate and accessible records of equipment, contracts, and inventory

Hybrid Work Schedule Requirements
- Location: Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the CSO in San Antonio, TX.
- Eligibility: Out‑of‑state applicants will not be considered for this position.
- Scheduling: The role requires some availability after regular business hours as well as occasional weekend availability.
