Brand Project Management is a strategic partner to the Brand and Creative teams and drives concepting for film deliverables across advertising, digital and social. The Brand Project Managers are also strong partners to functional teams and help ensure timely reviews with internal and external partner.
Description
The Brand Project Manager will act as the project point person for the brand team and will liaise between functional teams and Marcom leads to keep projects on track and ensure teams aware of upcoming priorities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Brand team to run key initiatives across the line of business by tracking project status, managing brand project milestones, identifying bottlenecks, scheduling creative reviews, and presentation set-up and ensuring smooth workflow and tool alignment among the group.
- Build and maintain roadmap and milestone calendar for assigned line of business
- Align Functional Project Managers and Producers on key project milestones
- Close partner to Creative Resource Management for fiscal year and quarterly planning
- Leading and facilitating collaboration between large multi-functional teams and meetings
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience working with creative teams in an advertising agency environment
- Strong understanding of Apple’s applications; Mail, Numbers, Keynote, Pages and Calendar
Preferred Qualifications
- Outstanding Project Management, particularly when it comes to leading the creative development process
- Expert multi-tasker, with proven effectiveness working under pressure
- Ability to organize information quickly and at a high level
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Manage confidential team work spaces, badge access, and logistics calendar
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
