Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled EMTs to join our team. As a Pacific West Ambulance EMT, you will provide emergent medical care and transport services to patients in various settings, ensuring their safety and well-being during emergencies, with the assistance of your paramedic partner.
Pacific West Ambulance is located in Lincoln County on the beautiful Oregon Coast. We are the primary 911 ambulance service in the county, handling emergency respond to 911 emergency calls as well as both non emergent and emergent inter-facility transports. Our annual call volume is just under 10,000; Lincoln County Oregon is known for its natural beauty and experiences a large population surge during the summer months that is often associated with an increased call volume during summer months. Ambulance employees work shifts ranging from 12 - 24 hours out of stations throughout Lincoln County, including: Lincoln City, Depoe Bay, Newport, Waldport, and Toledo. Our stations are equipped a full kitchen, private sleeping quarters, and crew areas with couches/recliners, and TVs.

Position Requirements:
-Driver's License with good driving record.
-Over the age of 21 (or within 6 months of turning 21 with 5 years clean driving record) in order to be insurable to drive company vehicles
-Ability to pass background check and drug test
-Oregon EMT License or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire if coming from out of state.
-CPR card
-Ability to commute to work stations in Lincoln County Oregon
Preference for full time hires, with possibilities of part time for EMTs in paramedic school.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
