About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily transportation operations and employee relations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is interested in growing within Operations and Human Resources.
Pay: $22 to $24 per hour
Responsibilities
- Support dispatch with trip coverage and daily operational coordination
- Monitor chauffeur assignments and schedule changes
- Communicate trip updates, delays, and service changes to chauffeurs
- Provide coaching and day-to-day support to chauffeurs
- Assist with documentation, compliance, and employee concerns
- Help improve communication, accountability, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with the detail department to make sure all vehicles are pristine
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Transportation or logistics experience preferred
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Experience in logistics, fleet operations, or transportation strongly preferred
