We Are Student And Group Tour Operators Specializing In The Coordination Of Group Travel. This Could Include Charter Bus Transportation, Airfare, Hotels, Meals And Attractions, Festivals/Performances And Any Other Aspect Of Travel. We Need Someone With a Very Keen Attention To Detail To Do The Following
- Work with clients to build custom itineraries for Student Groups - we supply domestic trips across the US that can include Ground Transportation, Air Transportation, Hotels, Restaurants, Attractions and Performance Activities for Bands, Orchestras, Choirs and Dance Teams
- Primarily focus on Travel Itinerary Development and arranging Hotel Accommodations, Meals, Attractions and Festival/Performance Opportunities
- Also looking for a resource to handle all Ground Transportation requests (Charter Bus travel).
- Responsible for detailing Trip documentation, working with preferred vendors on booking and confirmation of Hotels, Meals and Attractions, and managing the trip execution and address any issues or questions that arise while the group is on the trip. Essentially this role requires the management of the full life cycle of a Student Group (planning through execution of the trip)
- This role must work as part of a team an integrate with other aspects of the trip as appropriate (Air, Ground Transportation, etc.)
- Assist with other duties such as sales proposals, school bids and other office related items
