Our state-of-the-art specialty pharmacy provides medications that are often used to treat complex or rare conditions. We deliver services to enhance the patient experience within the comfort of their home. We remove barriers to care and provide patients with the education, clinical care and supportive services they need on their treatment journey. The
Director of Information Technology is responsible for providing leadership and management over the Enterprise Information Technology department in its charge to implement, operate, and maintain computing and telecommunication facilities, equipment, and services that meet the needs of Ardon Health Holdings (AHH). This position provides leadership and direction to the team to support the Company’s quality program and commitment to continuous quality improvement.
Job type: Full-time
Pay range: $167,299.16 - $225,859.60 annually, depending on experience.

Position Proficiency Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant field of study.
- 8+ years’ experience in managing IT systems, services, and teams with specific experience in managing infrastructure, applications, and security, including:
- Implementing and maintaining large scale applications.
- Managing infrastructure and information security.
- Leading efforts for data strategies, analytics, and business intelligence.
- Experience in healthcare or pharmacy is highly desirable.
- Experience building and managing IT department budgets and ensuring expectations are met.
- Experience leading strategic vendor partnerships, including RFP processes, contract negotiation, performance management, and outsourced service oversight.
- Experience leading enterprise IT operations including applications, infrastructure, cloud services, data platforms, and service delivery performance.

Working conditions
Primarily office-based with hybrid options; requires desk work, occasional visits to multiple locations, and flexibility for non-standard hours as needed.

- Internally with Ardon employees across multiple departments.
- Externally with various customers, vendors, suppliers, contractors, auditors, consultants, and business partners.
Essential Functions And Activities
- Provide leadership and oversight for enterprise IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, cloud services, data platforms, and service delivery performance.
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise data strategies to maximize the value of organizational information. This includes establishing data governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity, enabling advanced analytics and business intelligence, and partnering with business leaders to leverage data for informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute the enterprise IT vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring an integrated and scalable technology ecosystem.
- Develop and manage relevant budgets.
- Lead enterprise information security, cybersecurity, compliance (including NIST), risk management, incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. This includes performing regular assessments, resilience testing, and corrective action implementation.
- Govern the IT project portfolio to ensure prioritization, resource alignment, and successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive and departmental leaders to align technology initiatives with business objectives and operational needs.
- As quality management program staff, allocate approximately 5% of overall job requirements to quality management activities.
- Actively participate and provide support as needed to fellow leadership and quality program staff to ensure activities related to the company’s quality management program and quality improvement activities maintain priority focus and are effectively executed. This may include but is not limited to activities that promote objective and systematic measurement, monitoring, and evaluation of services and defined Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) that may result from such efforts.
- Comply with the company’s Human Resources policies, Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and all department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company, employee, and customer information; attending work punctually and regularly; and adhering to good safety practices in all activities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Additional/non-essential Functions And Activities
- Perform or support administrative tasks as needed.
- Some travel, additional hours including evenings, as well as on-call duties, as necessary.
