Job Summary
The Senior IT Project Manager’s role is to aid in the planning, design, development, and launching of the new D365 solutions in support of Harry Winston’s core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving and project management skills to guarantee successful implementation D365 ERP, POS, and CRM globally.
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Develops and manages detailed project plans, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans.
- Drive project decisions and recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Manages project deliverables, scope & expectations.
- Proactively communicates and reports status to management and all stakeholders by leveraging tools such as status reports, management meetings, and active day to day team communication.
- Effectively communicates and collaborates with technical project team members to achieve project goals.
- Employs project management leading practices.
- Provides leadership to project team members with respect to project management processes and best practices.
- Directly responsible for updating the project budget, and providing the predictive financial analysis required to deliver accurate project status.
- Act as liaison with the integration partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the solution is designed and integrated according to the business needs.
- Document business requirements with SME’s and ensure the requirements are correctly implemented by the integration partners.
- Together with the integrator, to produce the functional and technical specifications for the future solution to be implemented.
- Define the blueprint for all the future processes to be implemented in the company globally.
- Establish timelines and checkpoints with the integration partners, the internal business teams and management to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth integration of new systems with existing and future IT solutions.
- Coordinate the UAT process together with integrators and agencies with all the future key users within the organization.
- Create user friendly documentation/manuals for the future solution implemented.
- Drive the internal change management process and train the future key users on modified or new business processes. This also includes the onboarding and the training of future new employees.
Job Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience directly managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP), POS, and CRM implementation deployments
- Experience with IT implementation methodologies across all phases of Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment and Operation
- Understanding of complete solution within the context of an integrated enterprise-wide IT strategy
- Ability to work closely with key business stakeholders to communicate progress and vision.
- Consensus driven management style that support a vast set of stakeholders
- Strong leadership, teambuilding and motivational skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven track record in coordinating international IT projects for global brands.
- Excellent knowledge of the business process flows in the retail and supply chain business.
- Ability to design process flows and produce complex project blueprints.
- Highly skilled in project management, especially in multi-cultural environments. Project Management certification (i.e. PMP) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem solving skills, can-do attitude and high resistance to stress.
