Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning and completing clearly defined projects that support a growing organization. As a Project Manager, you’ll plan and execute a variety of initiatives from concept through completion—bringing structure, momentum, and follow-through to projects while coordinating with internal leadership, project stakeholders, and external partners as needed.

Core Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage assigned projects from definition through completion
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and action plans
- Track progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
- Communicate project status and outcomes to leadership
Facilities & Improvement Projects
- Coordinate renovation, remodeling, and improvement projects across company facilities
- Work with contractors to ensure work is completed according to scope, schedule, and quality expectations
- Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise
Contractor & Vendor Coordination
- Interface with third-party contractors and vendors to support project execution
- Help ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clearly understood
- Escalate issues or delays as needed to keep projects moving forward
Ad Hoc Projects
- Support additional project-based initiatives as the company continues to expand
- Contribute to improving project documentation and execution processes over time
Qualifications
Required
- Experience managing projects from start to completion
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and external partners
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
Preferred
- Experience with sourcing, procurement, or vendor coordination
- Exposure to facility improvement or contractor-led projects
- Familiarity with basic project management tools or systems
