Our client is seeking a President to lead its operations across key markets in the Americas. This top executive will oversee the region’s commercial strategy, operational performance, and organizational development while strengthening the company’s market presence and accelerating revenue growth. The role carries full leadership responsibility for regional operations and serves as a critical link between the Americas organization and global leadership.
The ideal candidate is a commercially driven executive with strong experience in industrial equipment, engineered systems, or capital goods industries. This individual will bring a combination of strategic leadership and hands-on operational capability, with a proven ability to drive growth, build high-performing teams, and cultivate senior-level relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the strategic growth agenda across the Americas, expanding market presence and increasing revenue and project pipeline.
- Oversee regional operations, including sales, project development, logistics, customer service, and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to capture new opportunities and strengthen relationships with key industry clients.
- Drive organizational performance through clear objectives, operational planning, and performance management frameworks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, partners, and industry stakeholders across the region.
- Collaborate closely with global leadership to align regional initiatives with corporate strategy and international operations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Represent the organization externally at industry events, trade associations, and key customer engagements.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Senior leadership experience within industrial equipment, engineered systems, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing a business unit or regional operation with P&L responsibility.
- Established relationships or a network within industries such as cement, mining, industrial minerals, or heavy process industries are highly advantageous.
- Experience operating within a global or multinational organization and collaborating across international teams.
- Strategic mindset combined with entrepreneurial leadership and the ability to translate strategy into measurable business results.
