Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with clients, superintendents and subs, estimating projects, and managing the day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects. You will work closely with both clients and subcontractors to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Knowledge of commercial building construction means and methods, blueprint reading, scheduling, cost control procedures, general contract, general conditions, drawings and specifications
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status.
Oversee daily project operations, including schedules, budgets, and quality control.
Ability to track subcontractor's progress, project schedule, and various agencies for reporting and compliance with plans and specs and building codes
On site coordination between trades, materials, and manpower
Inspection and examining work in progress and site
Meeting with subcontractors to ensure satisfactory job progress
Recording information such as personnel, production, and operation data daily
Analyzing problems and providing solutions
Conducting and participating in safety meetings
Verify safety and design specifications are met
RFIs, PCOs, and subcontractor change orders.
Reviews and approves all submittals/ product data.
Other duties as required to support project completion.

Required Experience and Skills:

In depth knowledge of a variety of construction methods and practices
Previous experience in commercial construction is required.
Proficiency in managing construction projects.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, interface with different company business units and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
