Job Summary
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee a range of construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have some construction experience, administrative experience and technical tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Review contracts to verify project scope and technical specifications; ensure compliance.
- Manage project estimating processes to accurately forecast costs and resource requirements.
- Management CRM with other PM's to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Order, manage, and supervise material orders and invoicing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction.
- Proficiency with computers
- Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules effectively; excellent time management skills.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety.
