CTS Fabrication USA, Inc. is looking for a reliable, self-motivated Part-Time Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facility. You will be responsible for performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure our environment remains professional and welcoming for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Sanitization: Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches).
- Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins; replace liners and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Restocking: Monitor and replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
- Floor Care: Sweep, Operate and maintain the walk behind floor cleaner to ensure a clean warehouse floor
- Safety: Report any major repairs, leaks, or safety hazards to management immediately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle cleaning machinery.
- Reliability: Strong attendance record and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-Oriented: A "keen eye" for spots others might miss.
