Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long‑term supply chain strategies that support overall business growth
- Oversee end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory, and sourcing of raw materials and packaging
- Align production, demand forecasting, and operational plans through close collaboration with manufacturing, sales, quality, finance, and other cross‑functional teams
- Monitor logistics and supply chain performance metrics, driving continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
- Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliable delivery
- Ensure all supply chain activities meet required standards, including food safety regulations such as FDA, USDA, and HACCP
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, with 7+ years of supply chain leadership experience
- Experience with produce, beverage, sauces etc.
- Food manufacturing experience required, including strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality systems, and compliance
- Deep expertise in logistics, supply chain operations, vendor management, and multi‑site manufacturing environments
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive strategic planning, and leverage ERP systems and modern supply chain technologies
Salary: $120k-$140k
