About the Role
We are seeking a Global Director of Operations to oversee all operational aspects of the global Electrical Vehicle (EV) charging and Out of Home (OOH) Advertising station network, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and high standards of service delivery.
This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and continuous improvement of operational processes to support company growth, leveraging of AI and automation. JOLT operates 2,800 EV charging/OOH advertising stations across the US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand.
Operations Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goal of efficiently scaling global operations
- Drive scalable operational excellence through implementation of AI, process optimization, automation and innovation.
- Strategic planning, goal setting, performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with Global Digital Product and Product Engineering teams to implement automation including predictive maintenance, customer self-serve, etc.
Budget and KPI ownership- Deliver Operational KPIs within Global Operations and Maintenance Budget, including negotiating and managing strategic supplier contracts.
- Accountable for safe and continuous operations of global network
- Drive continuous improvement mindset and initiations to improve cost and capital efficiency.
Team Leadership - Lead a high-performing global team of operations managers/engineers and CX/Supply chain specialists who provide an around-the-clock high standard of service delivery.
- Represent Global Operations on Senior Leadership Teams.
