We *REQUIRE* individuals with former/current law enforcement/military experience (combat arms), and/or proven executive-level security experience working in high threat situations.
We are a licensed security/security consulting company based out of Kentucky and provide services throughout Ohio. We are looking for candidates who live in the state of Ohio to assist us throughout Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, and the surrounding areas. This is for contract work only. We are extremely busy in, and around, the major 3 cities of Ohio.
The rate of pay will be between $35.00 and $45.00 per hour, based on credentials and experience, and dependent on client rate of pay. Due to client contracts and expectations, we *REQUIRE* individuals with former/current law enforcement/military experience (combat arms), and/or proven executive-level security experience working in high threat situations.
Most of the services we provide are plain clothes, and executive-level security, for reasons such as...
* Terminations
* Threats
* Natural Disasters
* Residential Security
* Reductions in Force
* Firewatch
* Strikes
The requests we receive are typically for an immediate need, lasting anywhere from 2 days to months. We have been asked to sit in our vehicles, in an office, lobby, conference room, or guard shack...so it is important to be prepared for any situation. Based on client requests, we are asked to dress in business casual attire, or something specific. This usually means khakis/5.11s, polo, button-down dress shirts, and closed-toe (non-tennis) shoes. We have also been asked to dress in a tactical look. A lot of the requests we receive also ask that the agent/officer be armed and concealed. We cannot guarantee anyone full-time hours as our requests are sporadic and contract-based, but business has been steady.
Expectations/Requirements
* Absolute professionalism is always expected (appearance, grooming, hygiene, communication, alertness, attitude)
* Serviceable weapon
* Current/former military/law enforcement and/or at least 5 years of supervisory/management security experience and some military (combat arms).
* Valid driver's license
* Clean criminal background - will need to complete state licensing requirements.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule
* Have intermediate computer skills
* Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site calmly and effectively
* Reliable transportation (some assignments require us to have vehicles for short patrols)
* Ability to cover reimbursable expenses (mileage, fuel, hotel...)
* Cell phone, with the ability and willingness to download and utilize client-required applications, such as WhatsApp, Signal, or a scheduling app for billing
On occasion, we are allowed to bill mileage and/or lodging. Paid receipts must be submitted for any expenses.
