Job Details

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Work Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday-Friday

What You'll Do

Support product backlog activities by helping ensure user stories, requirements, and documentation are clear and ready for development
Coordinate and schedule sprint ceremonies, team meetings, reviews, and other product‑related sessions
Act as a communication hub between the Product Owner, development teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders
Track project progress, milestones, and dependencies using project management tools
Maintain and organize documentation, including user guides, release notes, and meeting materials

Required

What You'll Bring

Prior experience in a support role within product management, project management, communications, or an agile environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
Familiarity with Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience using project or work‑management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
Basic understanding of product development and user‑centered design principles
