We are actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Hardwood Floor Specialist with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience. Compensation will be determined based on experience and skill level.
Eco Floor Sanding is a well-established flooring company serving the Greater Boston area, recognized for delivering exceptional craftsmanship, quality materials, and outstanding customer service. We’re looking for experienced and motivated installers/refinishers who take pride in their work and want to be part of our growing team.
Our projects involve materials such as hardwood, engineered wood, and luxury vinyl flooring, as well as a variety of stains and finishes. Additional experience with carpet, vinyl composite tile (VCT), and tile installation is highly valued.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving. A commitment to quality, professionalism, and adherence to company standards in both product and service delivery is essential.
Key Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Clean driving record
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Fluent in English (speaking and reading)
- Ability to start and end the workday in Waltham
- Flexibility for overtime when required
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
