Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CRO Project Manager to lead diverse initiatives across our organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager maintains a close effectual working relationship with Sponsors and Principal Investigators and study team. The development of study related documents and overall direction of the clinical sites for protocol adherence is also under the responsibility of the Project Manager.
Duties
- Tactic planning of the clinical trial process includes preparation of project plans, such as monitoring plan, drug management plan, safety plan, enrolment plan, etc.
- Production of study specific documentation, timelines, and project tracking data.
- Reviews proposals and contracts.
- Manages interdisciplinary team.
- Vendor’s identification and management.
- Facilitates all internal and external communication relevant to assigned projects.
- Attends investigator meetings/Site initiations.8. Coordinates data requests.
- Coordinates activity of all company’s departments involved in the project
- Coordinates project related payments.
- Reviews reports.
- Performs co-monitoring of study sites.
- Prepares draft of submission letters to regulatory bodies.
- Participates in the development and review of Standard Operating Procedures, guidelines, forms, protocols and checklists.
- Conducts other activities as requested by General Director or DCO/Associate Director, Clinical Operations, USA (if applicable).
Qualifications
Degree in Medicine or a life science, nursing qualification or relevant experience, minimum of 3-year experience in organization of clinical trials or minimum of 2-year experience as clinical research associate, competent English, written and oral communication skills, ability to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner and to effectively manage multiple tasks, sense of urgency, ability to travel, possess strong team leadership skills.
Pay: $105,223.73 - $150,183.42 per year
