What You'll Do
- Manage multiple quality improvement projects using Six Sigma, DOE, and PPU techniques
- Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
- Evaluate trend data on repeat issues and improve CAPAs
- Manage Document Control System ensuring regulatory and internal compliance
- Collaborate with customers and engineering to review manufacturability and recommend specifications
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Metallurgy required
- 3+ years quality experience in manufacturing industry
- Structured problem-solving experience (A3, 8D, RCCA/CAPA)
- Experience with Capability Studies, MSA/GR&R, and Calibration Systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills
