Senior SAP Project Manager
Responsibilities

Cross‑Functional Financial Process Leadership: Lead alignment and oversight of all VC financial processes and organizational changes within the SAP ERP template, including Controlling, Finance & Taxes, and Customs & Foreign Trade.

Process Governance & Documentation: Ensure high‑quality documentation, approval, and sign‑off of business processes and system developments in partnership with area leaders.

Program & Workstream Management: Manage timelines, scope, budgets, and reporting for the financials workstream from requirements through go‑live, providing updates to the responsible board member.

SME Leadership & Template Ownership: Direct Subject Matter Experts and serve as the template champion responsible for business blueprints and best‑practice standards.

Data Migration & Master Data Stewardship: Develop and implement migration strategies for all financial areas while ensuring master data integrity across the template.

Change Management & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with the Business Change Manager on change activities, including training planning, and coordinate across all business and project stakeholders.
Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

SAP & Business Experience: At least 8 years of business experience combined with strong SAP ERP expertise.

Project & Program Management: Minimum 5 years in SAP ERP project/program management, with extended knowledge of PM methodologies.

SAP Rollout Expertise: Proven track record of leading at least 3 full‑lifecycle SAP ERP rollouts.

Process & Change Leadership: Experience as a process manager or business line manager with an end‑to‑end process mindset and deep understanding of major process change impacts.

Cross‑Functional & Cross‑Cultural Collaboration: Strong communication skills and leadership experience across functions and cultures.
