Role Overview:
Join a dynamic team driving end-to-end quality management and continuous improvement. As a Senior Quality Professional, youāll monitor NPS & CXI measures, implement innovative digital solutions, and foster a strong quality culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach teams on agile/lean projects, including SCRUM practices.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and legal requirements.
- Analyze and improve processes using tools like Value Stream Mapping.
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to drive process excellence.
- Train employees in specific quality areas and contribute to organizational improvements.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in quality management or process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of technical/business methods and quality tools.
- Experience with coaching, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
