Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Carpenter / Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of carpentry and general labor tasks, contributing to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and restoration projects. Your energy, attention to detail, and hands-on expertise will help ensure high-quality craftsmanship and efficient project progress. Duties
- Assist with framing, trim carpentry, siding, and drywall installation to meet project specifications
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
- Support restoration efforts including water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, and stucco application
- Handle heavy lifting and material transport to ensure smooth workflow on construction sites
- Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, and other interior or exterior elements with precision
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a focus on framing, trim work, or remodeling projects
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (if applicable), and safety protocols on construction sites
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in physically demanding environments
- Experience with water damage restoration, mold remediation or related restoration industry work is a plus
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and proper use of construction materials
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing project needs

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
