Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Carpenter / Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of carpentry and general labor tasks, contributing to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and restoration projects. Your energy, attention to detail, and hands-on expertise will help ensure high-quality craftsmanship and efficient project progress. Duties

Assist with framing, trim carpentry, siding, and drywall installation to meet project specifications
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
Support restoration efforts including water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, and stucco application
Handle heavy lifting and material transport to ensure smooth workflow on construction sites
Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, and other interior or exterior elements with precision

Requirements

Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a focus on framing, trim work, or remodeling projects
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (if applicable), and safety protocols on construction sites
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in physically demanding environments
Experience with water damage restoration, mold remediation or related restoration industry work is a plus
Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and proper use of construction materials
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing project needs
