Who we are seeking –
We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in central coordination across organization functions, serving as a key liaison between departments and our core business systems: ERP, PLM and CRM. The ideal candidate ensures seamless data flow from concept development through production, delivery and post-sale analysis. This role requires strong technical acumen, system integration experience and a deep understanding of apparel industry processes and timelines.
Key Responsibilities –
- System integration and support.
- Act as a super-user for ERP, PLM, CRM to support software features and train staff.
- Monitor data compliance, accuracy, and governance across all platforms.
- Oversee order processing inventory management and financial tracking within ERP.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy to support sales, marketing and customer relations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, production, sourcing, sales, finance, and operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system integration and efficiency.
- Develop documentation, SOP’s and training materials to support internal users.
- Assist in project tracking milestone management and reporting.
- Ensure alignments between system workflows and industry standards for apparel.
Required Skills & Qualifications -
- Proven experience in APM or systems coordination role within apparel industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP, PLM, CRM, and ECommerce systems.
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle management, supply chain, and projection workflows.
- Technical aptitude with system integration data mapping and cross-platform consistency.
- Advanced proficiencies in Microsoft Suite, Asana and project management/reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Punctual, reliable, and proactive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,282.05 - $58,146.13 per year
