Role Description
The Director of Operations will lead all operational functions, including production, co-manufacturer relationships, 3PL inventory management, logistics, and distribution. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, product quality, and scalable growth.
Qualifications
7+ years of operations experience in CPG (food & beverage preferred)
• Proven experience managing co-manufacturers and 3PL partners
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, forecasting, and distribution
• Advanced Excel proficiency (forecast modeling, inventory analysis, data reporting)
• Experience working with ERP systems and EDI integrations
• Working knowledge of SharePoint or similar document management systems
• Highly analytical, systems-oriented, and detail-driven
• Demonstrated success scaling operations in a high-growth environment
