ON-CALL CREW SUPERVISOR

Your compensation will vary by location and experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview.

Responsibilities:

Execute job tasks assigned in a timely manner within the scope of the project
Demolition, cleaning, and rebuilding of job sites
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Manage a labor force to execute the daily scope of work
Communicate daily progress reports and other paperwork

Requirements:

This position requires you to be on-site in the event of a community wide disaster therefore you MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL
2+ years of experience leading a restoration work crew
IICRC training and certification preferred (but not required)
Bilingual is a plus
