Position Summary: The Commercial Roofing Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in roofing and construction. This role requires a hands-on approach to proficiently enhancing our customers roof. As a Commercial Roofing Technician, you'll install, repair, and maintain commercial roofs with various materials while ensuring OSHA compliance for safety.

The Blueprint for Success - Key Responsibilities:

Ability to learn roof system installations of commercial properties.
Assist in setup and tear down of safety equipment as instructed.
Abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection and others.
Assist in building roofs and other structural components as required.
Collaborate with team members on roofing sites to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide effective solutions promptly.

Tools for the Job:

Required:

Experience in roofing, construction or related fields.
Attention to detail to quality and safety with a goal of installing correctly and working safely, and a willingness to make improvements.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Willingness to work on various roofing sites under different conditions.

Preferred:

A valid driver's license
